Lomi lomi is a special experience and I can recommend that you try this if you want to really let go and mentally drift away. It is blissful. I had lomi lomi recently, craving calmness but I was also nursing a sports injury which was restricting what I could do. Sandra took my needs on board and built a concentrated period of deep tissue massage into the flowing lomi lomi routine to focus on my problem.
